We're super excited about this week's "Show and Tell".  Ginger, Peggy, Pat, Rosie and Vickie brought projects to share with us!  How cute are these?

We love all things patriotic.  We were thrilled to get these three bolts of "Home of the Brave" prints by Quilting Treasures this week.  YIPPEE!!!

Calling all outdoor folks (and those who love them): our 'outdoor' section was getting low on inventory so, we ordered these adorable prints of "Stoney River" by Northcott.

We think these would make great curtains, table runners, placemats, a quilt or pillowcases for the outdoor person in your life (the fish print is a smidge darker in person).

I spun straight up when we opened the box of Stonehenge flannels (I had no idea Northcott offered Stonehenge in flannel).  I'm so excited.  These are so soft and cuddly!

These flannels are perfect for a quillow (or lap quilt) for that special veteran or patriotic person in your life.

We also received cotton prints of Stonehenge this week.

The "Eagles in Flight" on navy and creme sold out awhile ago but the "Patriotic Words" print is new to the shop.  We love the different colored stars on the blotchy creme colorway!

I see a Quilt of Valor in the very near future!

The "Bible Sampler Quilt" book came in this week.  It has 96 classic quilt blocks inspired by the greatest book ever written.
I hope we ordered enough of these!  They just arrived on Thursday and we've sold a bunch of them already.

Pre-cuts of "Fleurs" by Debbie Riddle Designs came in this week.  This collection offers dainty little flowers in very faint colors.

The jelly rolls are back ordered but, the layer cakes, charm packs and mini-charms are ready for their forever homes!

Yesterday was "Adult Coloring Book" day in the shop (3rd Saturdays of each month).  We have a blast coloring, oohing and ahhing over the stuff everyone is coloring!  It's a hoot!

We've fallen in love with Primacolor colored pencils and already have several different sets in the shop.

We decided to jump into the deep end and ordered sets of 150 of these super yummy pencils.

We now have sets of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 150 to choose from....in addition to almost 75 different adult coloring book titles!
five different sets of Primacolor colored pencils!

If you've been owned by an Oliso, you already know how wonderful they are (the only irons with feet).

Yes, this is the iron Jenny Doan uses in most of her newer tutorials.

The big news is the yellow model (30 minute auto shut off, 12 foot cord) will be available in pink very soon.

We've ordered several pink models so, be sure to tell Santa Claus where he can get yours!

As an authorized Signature Dealer for AccuQuilt, we have all three sizes of Go! cutters (Go! Baby, Go! and the Go! Big electric cutters).

We don't have every die AccuQuilt offers but we do have a wide variety to choose from.

Mr. Claus might need to know this for the upcoming holiday season (we know you've been good this year).

Angela's wedding; "Oak Haven"; "Quilt Camp"; "Farm Fun"; "Row by Row" prints and four legged kids

We were honored to attend Angela and Leonardo's wedding yesterday.  We've known Angela for almost 20 years and consider her a part of the family.

Congratulations, Angela and Leonardo.  We wish you many years of love and happiness.

We received four new adult coloring books last week. "Owls" and "Animal Designs" are super cute!

"Country Scenes" is perfect for the male person in your life while "Sealife" offers a glimpse of things that live in the ocean.

I love gadgets.  Anything that makes our quilting lives easier is always a good thing.

We received these desk needle threaders last week.....three colors to choose from:  purple, green and pink.

Bonnie Hunter's newest book "Addicted to Scraps" is flying out the door (our first order sold out in one day).  Our re-order of this fabulous book is here but is also going quickly.

We also received Bosal In-R-Form squares and Insul-Bright for your latest projects.

We received this luscious 108" Stonehenge backing from Northcott.   The "Dark Navy" backing does not show up very well in this picture.  It's much much darker in person.

I love the splotches of color in this backing.  It's exactly what you'd expect from a Stonehenge print.

OOPS!  I keep forgetting to take a picture of this "Paper Bag" bolt of Moda Marble that arrived a couple of weeks ago.

The "Farm Fun" prints that came in are so cute. They depict farm life in fun motifs.  The chicken wire prints are adorable.

The pre-cuts of this collection are super cute and would make a great gift for the farmer in your life.

Our order of "Oak Haven" fabric (and pre-cuts) arrived Monday.  I squealed like a little girl when I opened the boxes and boxes and boxes of goodies!

The colors of this collection literally jump off the fabric.  I love these prints and can't wait to make something fabulous with them.

I fell in love with "Quilt Camp" at first sight!  How cute are these vintage campers?

We received five companion prints this week and expect two more any day.

These would be perfect as curtains in a camper, table runner or placemats for the 'quilting camper' in your life.

Four legged kids are always welcome in our shop. Miss Mia (and her human, Terri) stopped by for a visit and.....

she also brought two cutie pie baby puppies, Miss Molly and Miss Maggie (who fell in love with my shoes).
