Shop Hop blocks; E.P.P.; Quick Curve Ruler class; new stuff; Mr. and Mrs. Always Right!

It's hard to believe our spring shop hop is less than three weeks away. It will be here before you know it! This hop's theme is "red, white and blue".  YIPPEE!!

This is the table runner Sharon made using each shop's blocks.  Our block is the "Wonky Log Cabin"
on the right end.

$5 passports will be available at all three shops (P-Dub's; The Quilted Garden in Aurora and The Thistle in Pierce City) on April 18th.

The "Hidden Treasures of the Ozarks" spring shop hop will be May 1st and 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days!

Several of our customers have been bitten by the English Paper Piecing bug (aka E.P.P.)!

Vickie brought in two of her E.P.P. projects for "Show and Tell" Wednesday.  These are adorable!

Thanks, Vickie for sharing with us! We love these and will try to get the patterns.

Sherryl's second "Quick Curve Ruler" class was held yesterday.

Sharon, Dorothy and Juanita completed their "Metro Rings" block so, we had to have a picture!

Great job ladies!  Keep up the good work!

Juanita brought in her block from the first Quick Curve Ruler class.  She wasn't able to finish it during class but got 'er done and brought in for "Show and Tell" yesterday.

Thanks, Juanita for sharing your block with us!  We love the "Turning Leaves" fabric.

The big brown truck stopped by several times this week!  I love that big brown truck!

We received several patterns specifically designed for charm packs and jelly rolls.

Whether you're making placemats, wall hangings or quilts, these patterns are great for beginners.

Sharon's been doing a lot of hand work (she's been bitten by the E.P.P.bug) and wanted a comfortable thimble.

She fell in love with the "Skin Thimble" she found at another shop and suggested we carry them for our E.P.P. customers.

We not only have the "Skin Thimble" but the "Pieced Hexies" kit by Paper Pieces which includes seven different E.P.P. templates.

The waiting is finally over!  The pre-cuts of "Lady Slipper Lodge" by Holly Taylor arrived this week. We ordered these in November and have been anxiously awaiting their arrival ever since.

We also ordered (almost) the entire line of these fabrics on the bolt (which should arrive around the end of April??).

In the meantime, the layer cakes, jelly rolls, charm packs and mini-charms of this gorgeous collection are finally here!  YIPPEE!!

I pulled a few strings and was able to get more "Summer Breeze" jelly rolls and mini-charms this week.

They sold out the second day we had them and they were out of stock at the warehouse so, I had to get creative!

Needless to say, they're here and are ready to be made into something fabulous!

The fabric on the bolt of this collection will be here tomorrow.  YIPPEE!  These are by Sentimental Studios for Moda.

We're both anxious and excited about this year's Row By Row event which starts June 21st  This year's theme is "water".

Several fabric manufacturers have designed entire collections around this year's theme.

We were luck enough to receive two more prints of it this week.
