Kindra's donation quilt; Dresden Flowers; Ileene's fat quarters; "Sweet Baby" pre-cuts

Kindra brought in this adorable quilt she made featuring dogs and cats in adorable poses.

Upon completing the quilt, Kindra quilted it using dog and cat motifs along the borders and interior.

Kindra is donating this precious quilt to the local animal shelter as a fundraiser.

Thanks, Kindra for sharing this with us.  We hope it raises loads of money for a very worthy cause.

We all know a "Dresden Plate" block when we see it. Some of us have even made some (some of us haven't!).

I'd never heard of the "Dresden Flower" block until Janet brought hers in yesterday.

Thanks, Janet for bringing in your block (and educating us on other kinds of blocks).  We love (love love) the 1930's prints.

Ileene Kelly stopped by yesterday to pick out the 25 free fat quarters she won for being our "Row by Row" winner.

Her hubs, Mitch, helped hold all of them while they stood in front of her winning quilt.

Congratulations, Ileene (and thanks for making such a lovely quilt).

"Sweet Baby" flannel layer cakes and charm packs arrived this week.  This collection is by Abi Hall for Moda.

We're expecting a boat load of these flannels (on the bolt) this coming week.
