Quilts of Valor

My nephew, Nathan, was injured in Afghanistan last year. As a result, we started making "Quilts of Valor" in January for soldiers.  The Quilts of Valor Foundation (www.qovf.org) will give away their 100,000th quilt sometime this year.

Some of our customers have been inspired to make their own quilts for friends or family who have served our country.

Vicki W. made this "Quilt of Valor" for her friend who just returned from Afghanistan.  This is the picture of Col. Schreffler and his wife, Julie with the quilt Vicki made for him.

What a wonderful way to say "Thanks".  Great job, Vicki and "Thank You" to Col. Schreffler for serving the greatest nation on earth.

This is a "Quilt of Valor" Sandy V. made for a female soldier which she's donating to the Quilts of Valor Foundation.

We love the butterfly backing and the matching presentation case.  Great job, Sandy! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this quilt.
